Winner of the Luxury Game Lodge category at the 2022 World Luxury Hotel Awards, Jaci’s Safari Lodge is a truly unique experience. Where many safari lodges integrate neutral colour palates into their room and living space designs, Jaci’s Safari Lodge embraces the bright colours characteristic of traditional African culture. By intertwining organic materials with vivid accents, guests here have an experience that is as relaxing as it is exciting and as playful as it is enchantingly contemporary.
Daily early morning and late afternoon game drives through the untamed African wilderness provide a chance to spot the Super Seven (Big Five, endangered African wild dog, and cheetah) up close. Jaci’s Safari Lodge is the ideal choice for photography enthusiasts. Guests can book photographic safaris suitable for all experience level and photography equipment is available for hire if needed.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a stroll along the Marico River where elephants swim and birdlife thrive in the endemic forest. Outdoor bush gym equipment can be found along this path to flex your muscles along the way.
Jaci’s Safari Lodge features various room types tailored to honeymooners, couples, twin-sharing, and families. There are six Tented Suites, two Star Bed suites, and two family villas that include private safari vehicles and possible private dining.
The main lodge area features a spacious, open-plan lounge and dining area with a copper fireplace and bar. The space reflects the trademark integration of eco materials and colourful decor for a captivating setting. Separate shaded swimming pool areas are perfect for cooling down in the summer heat while evenings can be spent stargazing and dining under the Milky Way.
